The evolution of coatings, the peculiar features of binding agents, the variety of wall problems preparatio, find their proper solution in the undercoats wide range proposed by SAIF. Both undercoats and protectives coats are formulated, tested and approved following rigorous methodologies and grant maximum efficiency on solving specific problems.

Saifseal Dur consolidante is a transparent water based sealer suitable for gypsum boards, plasters, deteriorated plasters, old walls already painted. The binding agent micro molecules penetrate the surface achieving three effects:
1. Consolidate the surface
2. Uniform the absorption
3. Improve the adhesion of the next paint to be applied

Saifseal Plyo is a transparent solvent based sealer for new or old plastered surfaces especially when, due to the wall condition, a good vapour permeability is required . Deteriorated flaking cement and lime based plasters can be recovered, due to consolidating action of SAIFSEAL PLYO . This product improves the protection of the wall maintaining an acceptable vapour permeability, and improving the adhesion of next coating.

Silika SEAL is a mono component primer based on potassium silicate. The chemical reaction with lime and cement based plaster forms a solid and resistant base for further applications.
SILIKA SEAL has a very good vapour transmission rate, can be applied on all mineral substrates, cannot be applied on gypsum, wood, sinthetic paints and coatings.

Xilodecor is a protective, penetrating solvent based specific treatment formulated with special silossanic resins compatible with cement supports, stones and bricks, and granting a good vapour transmission rate.
XILODECOR, even though at high concentration can produce a satin effect on non absorbent supports, it penetrates in the cement or bricks, producing a consolidating effects and protecting against rain and other atmospheric agents.
The peculiarity of XILODECOR, applied according to the instructions, are its permeability to water vapour and its good water repellent effect. These two features grant, from one side, protection against agent and deteriorating phenomena, from the other side the breath ability of the support. For protection of stones, a special “XILODECOR PIETRA” is available, granting high protection without changing colour of the stone.

Waterproofing is a water based modified styrene acryl resin coatings, producing a very flexible and elastic film, resistant to water. It can be successfully applied on floors and roofs to waterproof the surface. Very important: the concrete surface should have a minimum inclination of 4%, in order to avoid back water, and without structural cracks. When dried, the coat can stand: max temperature +40°C / min temperature - 30°C.

No Dust is a special polyurethan monocomponent coat formulated to prevent the natural breaking down of cement floors (industrial floor, garages, etc.). Due its resistance and support adhesion, NO DUST is perfectly wheel able.
Two types are available: transparent or coloured.

Saifseal Primer is a transparent solved based consolidating sealer for new and old plasters. Deteriorate cement and lime plasters can be recovered, thanks to consolidating action of SAIF SEAL PRIMER. High penetration and good sealing action. Help adhesion of next coat, keeping an accetable vapour permeability rate.
SAIFSEAL PRIMER can be applied on cement and lime plaster, dry wall, gypsum boards and fiber cement, provided that they are sound, dry and without grease stains.

Xiloseal is a water based sealer for interior and exterior. The micro size silica based polymers grant highly penetrating capability, consolidating the treated surface. Even though it is water repellent, XILOSEAL has a very good vapour diffusion rate, suitable for old buildings to be restored. XILOSEAL works perfectly on mineral plasters, protecting and consolidating them.

Beton Decor is a protecting, penetrating and filming specific treatment for cement floors and walls, exterior and interior. Based on solvent acryl binders, BETON DECOR protects the surface giving a good water repellent rate, and a good resistance to atmospheric agents. Comparated with sealing polyurethan based coats, beton decor, notwithstanding its film, doesn’t seal completely the surface, keeping a light vapour transmission ability. Two coats of BETON DECOR intensify the surface colour, verging on darker tone. Applied on reinforced concrete, BETON DECOR improves the surface consistency, drastically reducing its deterioration and protects from rust aggression the inside reinforcing bars.

White Seal Acryl is a water based sealer based pigmented, for interiors and exteriors, useful to level the undercoatings besides consolidating the surfaces. Formulated with special acrylic resins in dispertion , WHITESEAL ACRYL has also a great penetration in the support, is vapour permeant and recoatable with any kind of water based paint.

Saifseal Coat Quartz is a coloured water based undercoat for interior and exterior. Application of SAIFSEAL COAT QUARTZ is specially required before thick and coloured coatings application, such as ORION, TAURUS, VEGA, ARIES, ALPHA, etc… The light pigmentation of SAIFSEAL COAT QUARTZ helps to uniform the wall to be coated and, due to quartz filler, facilitate the adhesion and application of trowelled coating. Beside these features, it uniforms the wall absorption granting a regular drying time of next coating.
